Our DTG printing machines use inks that are friendly to the environment while producing high-quality images on white and dark-colored garments. We ensure that each garment is carefully inspected before it is shipped to your valued customer.
Quality is very important to us as we make sure your orders are correctly assembled, shipped with accurate information, and special instructions are followed. We are competitive and do not charge setup fees.
No matter the size of the order, most orders can be shipped as soon as 48 hours. Polybagging and folding is offered as well as providing bar coding and hang tagging if materials were supplied. We can do blind shipping and drop shipping across the U.S.A as well as International.
Direct-To-Garment (DTG) is best when placed on 100% ring-spun cotton garments. As other blends can work well, noticeable bleeding may occur with the item.
RUSH delivery (2 to 3 Days) has an added 30% to pricing. (We require rush orders be pre-paid before the start of the order)
Next day rush adds 50%, and calling 814-315-8834 helps make sure we get your order started as soon as we get your information. (Next-day rush orders MUST pre-pay before the order can be started)

16×20 inches is the max size allowed on our DTG machines.
If a proof is requested there is a $25.00 fee per proof and additional placement of the prints. No proof will be printed unless billed prior.
Direct-To-Garment printing is a 4 Color Digital Process, and even though we can color match mockups or images as closely as possible, PMS color matching is not available, as well as exact mockup placement during this process.
File-type extensions that are acceptable include high resolution (300 or above) images with merged flattened artwork as a TIFF, PNG, PSD, AI, or EPS with no layers. Merged pixel-free artwork with a transparent background provides the best quality print.

Direct-To-Garment prints are best on 100% ring-spun cotton, though we have also been successful with quality prints on cotton/poly blends and 100% polyester. Guidance and feedback can be given with any particular material you may wish to print on.
Please note: Make-Ur-Merch will use customer(s) items for DTG printing, but we are NOT responsible for any customer-supplied garments and fabrics used during the digital printing service.
*Pricing is based on 50% ink coverage, and artwork that has a solid coverage price will be adjusted per job accordingly.
Samples are billed at $50.00/hour, plus materials.
